Captain Jack Sparrow was handing Sweeney Todd yet ANOTHER bottle of rum. He had challenged Sweeney to the drinking contest, Sweeney refusing until Jack forced an entire bottle of rum down his throat. That left him drunk and confused, to Jack's pleasure. Now he could make a complete fool of the barber.
